Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. The return period begins from the date your order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact
  • A valid order number and proof of purchase must be provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or returned to the customer without a refund.

⚠️ Important: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If returning due to size issues, personal preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, German Outfits will cover return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item:

  • If the exchange is due to a defect or error, no extra cost will be charged
  • If exchange is not available, a refund may be issued instead

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After review, we will provide instructions for a replacement, return, or refund.
